Sales are Up!

Canmore is the destination!  What a fabulous summer… where else can you have it all!  It is all about lifestyle.  The consistent strong sales support the theory…  this is the place to be!

August was a huge success with 43 firm sales.  We are only 10 days into September and we already have 18 firm sales and another 34 conditional… indication of continued outstanding statistics.

2013 sales / volume.

There are currently 259 ACTIVE listings on the market.  This includes 61 single family, 22 half duplexes, 48 townhomes, 63 apartments and 48 hotel condos.

There have been 340 SALES in Canmore… more sales this year to date than the current inventory!

Sales are up in all categories… greater volume but not necessarily increased pricing in the townhome/apartment/condo categories.  Single family and duplex properties have seen a 5%+ increase in sell price as well as volume increase.
